This works in a very simple way. You will be given a number, which is unique to the specific delivery. You can use this number to track the whereabouts of your delivery at all times on our website.

When will you receive your tracking number?
Once we have received your parcel or pallet, you will be issued with your tracking number. This tracking number will be able to be used to track your delivery on our website.
