We would like to say a big thank you for the brilliant service provided by Station this morning. We had two deliveries where the driver could not deliver in the first instance.
Both have now been delivered thanks to great teamwork and communication from firstly, the drivers, secondly, Cheryl and Tracy who phoned to let us know there was an issue. It means that both customers have had their much needed goods without any delays or re-deliveries. This makes a big difference for us and is hugely appreciated!

We had a very large pallet delivered, off a difficult hilly lane and drive. Your driver did a fantastic job for us today, he really did need to get sweat on to make the delivery, and at no point did he moan, winge or appear negative. It's all to easy to just accept this to be the expectation and norm, but in my experience he is a rare driver. I will also pass this feedback to the company we bought from. We have been a customer of Station Couriers since 2006 when they first started the collection/delivery of pallets for us. At the time we were unable to move our parcel consignments as we had just awarded the contract to another distribution company. This was only short lived as the service we received was very poor and reflected badly on us as a company in our customers' eyes. As the service we have always received from Station Couriers was excellent we decided to move our parcel distribution to them also. Since changing we have never been given a reason to complain. Parcels are always delivered in excellent condition, something that rarely happened with our previous parcel carrier, on time by courteous drivers. We are always notified of any delivery issues that drivers have encountered immediately, giving us the opportunity to contact our customers which in turn avoids any re-delivery charges/delays. As a company we are approached several times a month by competitors in a bid to win our business, but our previous experiences with the service of other carriers has lead us to believe that we are with the best provider.

I just wanted to say thanks for the delivery on 25th. Your driver, James, was courteous, helpful and friendly but he also went the extra yard. The delivery was difficult – no problem with access, once the pallets were on the right (7.5t) truck but unloading took ingenuity. The pallets were too flimsy for the load and the tail lift wasn’t up to the job. Many drivers would have given up saying it was too difficult or dangerous but James applied himself to it and with a little help from me sorted out a method to get the load onto the ground. Please pass my thanks on to him, he’s a good ambassador for Station Couriers.
