We have recently received some great feedback from one of our customers. We love hearing back from you, so please feel free to send us over your feedback.
“I just wanted to say thanks for the delivery on 25th. Your driver, James, was courteous, helpful and friendly but he also went the extra yard. The delivery was difficult – no problem with access, once the pallets were on the right (7.5t) truck but unloading took ingenuity. The pallets were too flimsy for the load and the tail lift wasn’t up to the job. Many drivers would have given up saying it was too difficult or dangerous but James applied himself to it and with a little help from me sorted out a method to get the load onto the ground. Please pass my thanks on to him, he’s a good ambassador for Station Couriers.”
